As an employee of Lululemon, I get to see a lot of personal trainers and yoga instructors come through the store.  There is no one like Jamie Atlas.  He has a passion and a knowledge (and a sense of humor) like nobody else.  A great personal trainer and someone who helped me understand not only how to get in great shape, but explained to me WHY my body wasn’t already in the shape I wanted it to be in a way that didn’t make me feel like a 3 year old.  Thanks Jamie!
