I’m not the lowest cost alternative, but with my wealth of experience training and learning from world renowned experts in a variety of physical and rehabilitation fields, I like to think I provide the best value for money. I work best with people that have a specific focus or goal, a commitment to change and a willingness to have some fun along the way.
Located in the heart of downtown on 18th and Broadway, Bonza Bodies has classes as early as 5 AM every weekday and as late as 6:30 PM most weeknights. The instructors have all been educated on my training methods and I make sure they all embrace the principles of a personalized workout in a judgment free zone. It’s a unique small group workout like you’ve never done before and it’ll help you look, move and feel amazing. I guarantee it. I teach some of the small group classes here, so it’s a great way to get a workout in with me amongst other like-minded folk that are working their way along their own personal fitness path.
