I use Cognitive Functional Therapy (CFT) – a clinical method built on the neuroscience of pain – combined with 30 years of hands-on movement coaching. Most of my clients are back to running, lifting, hiking, or keeping up with their kids in 6-8 sessions.

How it works
Your first visit (60 minutes):
- You tell me the story. When it started, what makes it worse, what you’ve tried, what you want back.
- I assess your movement, not just your symptoms. Most pain isn’t where the problem is. I find the real driver.
- I show you, in real time, that your pain isn’t what you’ve been told. Often in the first session.
- You leave with one clear thing to practice and a plan for how many sessions you actually need.
What you don’t get: no “come three times a week forever,” no passive treatments that change nothing, no fearmongering about your spine or knees, no insurance billing limbo.
