Price and booking
How much does personal training with Jamie Atlas cost?
Your first visit is a 30-minute assessment for $57. After that, sessions are $200 for 60 minutes or $110 for 30 minutes. The price is the same in the studio or on Zoom, and nutrition coaching is included in the session fee.
What happens in the $57 assessment?
Thirty minutes. You tell me your story, I look at how you move, we find one change you can measure before you leave, and I give you my plain read on whether I can help. If I can't, I'll tell you who can.
Do I need a referral or insurance?
No. It's cash pay with no referral needed. I'm a personal trainer with rehab training, so nothing here goes through insurance.
Can I train online?
Yes. Online sessions on Zoom are full 30- or 60-minute one-on-one sessions, with the same program and the same price as the studio: $200 for 60 minutes, $110 for 30. Plenty of clients do a mix.
Who it is for
Who do you train?
Adults who want to train hard, often around a knee, back, shoulder or neck with a history. That includes people coming back from surgery, people getting strong after 40, 50 and 60, people on GLP-1 medication who want to keep their muscle, and skiers, golfers, runners, hikers and cyclists who want to keep doing their sport.
I've got a bad knee, back or shoulder. Can I still train?
That is most of who I train. The first visit is an assessment so we know what your body will accept today, and the program is built around that joint rather than around avoiding it.
Is nutrition coaching included?
Yes. I hold a Certificate IV in Nutrition Coaching and it comes with every session. There's no separate nutrition appointment and no separate bill. It matters most for people on a GLP-1, people training for sport, and anyone with a weight-related goal.
Is this a gym?
No. It's a private studio, one client at a time, on the basement level of an office building in downtown Denver. Nobody is waiting for the squat rack.

No. I'm a personal trainer with rehabilitation training. In Colorado, physical therapist and PT are protected titles, and I don't hold the licence, so I don't use either. I don't diagnose and I don't bill insurance. If something needs a medical assessment first, I'll tell you and tell you who to see.
Was Jamie Atlas named best personal trainer in Denver?
5280 Top of the Town named me Denver's Best Personal Trainer three times. In all I'm a 6× 5280 Top of the Town winner and a 2× Denver A-List winner. "Best" still depends on what you need, so the assessment is where we find out whether I'm the right fit for you.
Was the studio called something else before?
Yes. The studio traded as Bonza Bodies until 2026, and has also been listed as Jamie Atlas Rehabilitation & Personal Training. Same trainer, same studio at 1800 Glenarm Place. The current name is Jamie Atlas Personal Training & Rehabilitation.
